I made a mental note not to forget the character's wings. Do not. Forget. To include the wings. Gonna /DO/ this. There is no way, no how, that I’m going to forget to add this character’s wings.

SO YEAH... aside from that HUGE FAIL on my part, I am in fact very pleased with the finished result. So I DEEPLY APOLOGIZE FOR MY HURRRR to ~Samateus-1987, whose wonderful character I got to draw for this month’s Fantasy-Xchange.
The description of the character said he was ‘highly mutable’ and each reference had a different pattern/coloration for him, so I decided on the Magic theme for this month by having Xerxes using some supernatural power to shift it’s markings from spots to stripes.
